St John's Presbyterian Church Care Groups
What is a Care Group? With all the events in your life vying for your time, where do you put your own spirituality health and growth on the priority list? At St. John's, we are more than just a place to worship on on Sunday. Do you long to be connected in a more personal way with other Christians? Do you desire to learn more about the Bible and God’s will in your life? If your answer is yes, then being a part of one of the many Care Groups here at St. John’s is a great place to start.
So what is a Care Group? The purpose is to connect people relationally in small groups (usually 4-12 individuals) to grow in Christ, promote fellowship, love and support one another and reach out to our church and community in order to glorify God. How often the group meets, material studied and length of commitment varies from group to group. Groups can meet weekly, by-weekly, or whatever best fits a certain group’s needs. Listed below are the various St. John’s Care Group opportunities.
New groups are forming throughout the year. If you would like to be a part of a Care Group, be a host, or lead a group please contact Rich & Kristi Macdonald (Care Group Coordinators) at 834-1055, or contact the church office.
For more information, please check the church calendar or call the church office for more specifics about the care groups that are meeting this year.
